The purpose of this meditation journal is to create a sacred space where you can practice expressive writing. A safe place where you can write, release, and embrace your truth.
After your time of silence (going within) you can write down inspiring thoughts, prayers, or what has been revealed to you during your meditation. You can look back on the gifts that you received from the Divine through inspiration and practicing gratitude.
I am grateful for the opportunity to share this meditative journal and my deepest reflective thoughts with you. I believe it is my life purpose to provide spiritual inspiration to those who are on the path of self-realization and spiritual development. The ability to pray, meditate, and tap into the transformed mind of the Divine within has been a rewarding process. I have learned so much about my Divine self and all my hidden talents. The process of meditating and journaling has allowed me to reconnect with my higher self the Divine within. I have spent a great deal of time meditating and praying in an attempt to give this journal a broad perspective on the journey of self-realization and spiritual development while embracing the many spiritual paths that leads me back to my home in the body of Jesus Christ. Most importantly knowing I am still as God created me. I AM LIGHT. I Am Divine Within.
This book was birthed out of asking God for divine directive on how to be of service to others on the path of self-discovery and spiritual development.

CHAPTER 1
Meditation
The Divine Within
Listen closely to the divine silence within.
Tune out the insignificant distraction of worldly illusions.
Tune into the deep wordless conversation taking place in your soul.
The divine message will heal your emotions, renew your mind and make you whole.
Open your ears, open your heart, open your spirit and embrace the Divine Within you.
Stop thinking, just sit quietly and be present with the Divine Within. Listen closely to the divine silence within.
Stop listening to your scattered thoughts, be still and be present with the Divine Within.
Transcend, transcend, transcend and listen closely to the divine silence within.
Stop judging, just accept and reconnect with the Divine Within.
Release the past, welcome the future and be present now.
Listen to the eternal music, dance with the Divine Within and celebrate the oneness.
Allow the Divine Within to awaken your senses and open your mind's eye. Realize your subjective perception for the first time; see, hear, touch, smell, and feel.
Experience peace, freedom and rebirth!
Transcend, transcend, transcend and listen closely to the Divine silence within.
Embrace truth and love; know I am still as God created me. I AM LIGHT.

Meditation: Know that Jesus came to give you the gift of understanding and truth that you may know that you are also sons and daughters of God and your inheritance is eternal life. In your heart is the light of God. Your only purpose in this life is to let your light out shine the darkness in the world, glorify God, and embrace the love of Christ in each other. Go deep within and search out the hidden parts of your divine self and the wisdom of God will be revealed to you. If you hear the voice of the Divine, do not harden your heart.

Declaration:
Today,
I answer the call and take my rightful place and receive my inheritance.
I am that I am......
I am because I am created by the great I AM
I am beautifully and perfectly made in the image of the Divine.
I am light and I will shine bright for God's glory
I am that I am......
GOD knew me in eternity
GOD formed me and clothe me in divine righteousness
GOD placed purpose and destiny in me
The LORD came to me saying ...
"Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I dedicated you."
The LORD put his word in my mouth ...
The LORD appointed me to uproot and tear down, to destroy and demolish, to build and to plant.
The LORD is watching to see that his Divine word is fulfilled and does not return to him void.
I am that I am......
The Lord declares, I will not be overcome for he is the great "I AM" and he is with me, in me, and will deliver me from those who fight against me.
I embrace truth and love; I know I am still as GOD created me.
I am Divine Within!
Daily gratitude: I am grateful for the gift of revelation of the truth that I am loved and perfectly made for a purpose. I am God's beloved, in the presence of the divine I will find peace. In the world I will experience trials and tribulations; however, by divine grace I will overcome the world!

Meditation: Faith
Biblical Reference: Matthew 21:22
Reflection: The greatest lesson a master teacher can teach you is how to find the Divine within.
Declaration:
Today,
I seek the Divine Within....
I seek it within the renewing of my mind.
I seek it within the healing in my body.
I seek it within the quickening and the restoration in my soul.
I seek to express the gratitude for the gifts I receive today.
I no longer seek for the Divine in worldly pleasures, fancy things, or guideless guides.
I now seek the Divine Within.....
I enter my sacred place within of eternal peace, love, and reconnect with the Divine Within.
The Divine Within lives in the present moment and outside of time.
Yesterday is the past and can only be visited by the gateway of memories.
Today, I walk the path of the divine mindfully seeking my purpose and fulfilling my destiny.
The Divine Within allows glimpse of the future in the present moment connecting today and tomorrow; bridging the gap between space and time.
The Divine Within is all I need and now in this moment I am complete.
I embrace truth and love; I know I am still as God created me. I AM LIGHT
Daily gratitude: I am grateful for the power that emanates from the Divine Within. I know whatever I ask in prayer, I will receive, because I believe and I have faith.

Meditation: Forgiveness
Biblical Reference: – Galatians 5:22
Reflection: To live a life without forgiveness is to be governed by an endless cycle of resentment, retaliation, and self-abuse.
Declaration:
Today,
I forgive myself for the guilt and pain that I have inflicted on myself for not seeing and understanding accurately that I am Divine.
In this moment I will hold myself accountable for my thoughts, emotions, and actions. I will let go of negative thoughts and habits and focus on Divine love.
I will speak kind words to myself and treat myself with love and respect.
I will give forgiveness to all who have hurt me unintentionally for they are not aware that they are also hurting themselves.
I now release others from this vicious cycle in order to create a new cycle;
I now create a space for healing and unconditional love.
I embrace truth and love; I know I am still as God created me. I AM LIGHT
Daily gratitude: I am grateful for the love and peace that I am experiencing in this moment. I partake of the fruits of the Spirit; love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, and faithfulness. I forgive and release all those who hurt me.

Reflection: Seriously, Don't take the illusions you call life too seriously or you will never realize the Divine Within.
Declaration:
Today,
I embrace the idea that all things in my life are Divine encounters.
It is up to me to be receptive and receive the gifts offered through others as an expression of Divine love.
I welcome the opportunity to meet everyone for the first time as my master teacher; to help me learn and grow.
I no longer need to be defensive or protective of my vulnerable self; for the Divine Within me is greater.
I open my heart and mind to be more loving, gentle and compassionate towards others.
I embrace truth and love; I know I am still as God created me. I AM LIGHT.
Daily gratitude: I am grateful for divine balance and harmony in my life. I delight in God's way and I know he makes my step firm. I will not stumble, I will not fall, for the God upholds my hand and keeps me balanced.

Reflection: Do not seek peace outside of yourself, it comes from the Divine within.
Declaration:
Today,
I let go of the past!
I will live in this present moment ... now!
I am not worried about what tomorrow brings.
I am completely safe, secured and grounded in divine love.
I am at peace in this present moment!
I am a reflection of all that is good and love.
I am victorious over the shadows of fear and insecurities of this worldly life.
I delight in today's provision with a spirit of expectancy!
I embrace truth and love; I know I am still as God created me. I AM LIGHT
Daily gratitude: I am grateful for divine truth and light; I live by the Spirit and I keep in step with the Spirit.

Today,
I will express genuine love and gratitude for my blessed life.
Thank you, Lord for blessing me!
You came to me in my time of need and you cared for me.
Thank you, Lord for loving me!
You gave me strength when I was weak and healed me of my infirmities.
Thank you, Lord for your grace, patience, and peace!
If it were not for your love I don't know where I would be.
Thank you, Lord for redeeming me and reuniting the Divine within me.
Lord, I sing praises to you and glorify your name.
I praise you Lord down on my knees.
I lift my hands and heart and surrender it all to you.
Holy ... Holy ... Holy. ... God almighty ... you are holy and worthy to be praised!
The angels rejoice and worship in your presence.
Thank you, Lord for blessing me!
Thank you, Lord for loving me!
Thank you, Lord for redeeming me!

Reflection: To give compassion to others is to receive compassion from God.
Declaration:
Today,
I step back from fear and move forward in love.
God is Love, therefore I am love.
I am love, I am light, and I am whole.
I am soul, I am Divine, and I am one with my Divine source.
I am created in love and inspired by love.
I am no longer confused by circumstance, I have overcome happenstance.
I am no longer concern with what is seen; I am focused on what is unseen.
I am connected to a higher source, I am Divine within.
I enter the temple of God and invite the Divine within to reside in my heart.
I am unmoved and fully aware of the presence of the Divine within.
I receive restoration, transformation, and elevation.
I am open to receive the gifts of the divine within.
