L'autore: Stephen Errol Blythe is Professor of Law in the School of Management, New York Institute of Technology, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. He earned a Ph.D. in Business Administration at the University of Arkansas in 1979 and a Ph.D. in Computer Law at The University of Hong Kong in 2010. He has published 35 computer law articles in distinguished journals such as Columbia Journal of East European Law, European Journal of Law and Economics, Houston Journal of International Law, Northwestern Journal of International Law and Business, and Rutgers Computer and Technology Law Journal. In the 1980s, he practiced law solo in Houston, Texas representing numerous plaintiff-employees in litigation against defendant-employers. In the 1990s, he was affiliated with the law firm of Cheek, Cheek & Cheek in Oklahoma City and represented numerous defendant-insurance companies in litigation relating to just about every type of insurance imaginable. His wife, Siqin Liu, is a citizen of China and a U.S. permanent resident. When not touring the globe, they spend summers at their residences in Fairview, Texas and Chengdu, China.
