Informazioni sull'autore: Polyakov Ruslan Konstantinovich, holder of a PhD in Economics, associate professor in "Economics and Management of the National Economy" (regional economy). In addition to being an associate professor at the Department of Economics and Finance, he also manages research activities at Kaliningrad State Technical University, and holds a position of executive director of the Association called "Shipbuilding and Ship Repair Cluster of the Kaliningrad Region". He is also related to the leading manufacturing companies in the Kaliningrad region in the field of shipbuilding and ship repair. He is an expert of the Innovation Promotion Foundation - RSCI.RU for evaluating innovative projects in the field of digital technology and intelligent manufacturing technologies. He supervises several undergraduate and doctoral students at Kaliningrad State Technical University. He teaches master degree courses at the Academy of Tourism and Hotel Management in Gdansk, and also participates in scientific events at the Center for Macroeconomic Analysis and Short-Term Forecasting (CMASF) and The Baltic University Program (BUP) in Uppsala (Sweden).
