He recently retired as Lead Pastor of the church he served for almost 40 years, but remains active in ministry and missionary work. All proceeds from the sale of "Eddie" will be used to support his work among the Deaf in the East African Country of Kenya. He is a Development Advocate for the Immanuel Christian School for the Deaf and the Director of the Kenya Development Fund, a mission organization committed to providing a hand up to the Deaf children of Western Kenya.
