Humor! Emotions! Romance! Short stories!
After volumes and volumes of fictional work, the master storyteller finally releases a collection of short stories that all dance along the edges of nonfiction. On the Edge of Memories, The Random Collection is a stunning assortment of diverse material from the mind of the master storyteller, Mr. Paul John Hausleben.
This eclectic collection of short stories, novellas, and even a poem, range in subject matter from humor, to romance, to religion, to drama, but all the work has one common element. All the stories contain elements of truth and touches of nonfiction, from the actual edge of memories and life of the author. Through the author’s own life and experiences, the author shares parts and pieces of his own memories and he mixes them into one glorious tale after another.
The collection is loaded with short story masterpieces. Stories containing an amazing assortment of colorful characters, such as “Doctor Salami’s Magic Elixir”, starring the old man and the old neighborhood’s famous family doctor. Also included is “Revenge of the Ducks,” with Pastor Paul John Henson, his eclectic but lovable wife, Mrs. Binky Henson, his children, and an unforgettable amusement park ride, all capped off with the popular romance story, “No Boiler Required.
The author often states that he enjoys writing short stories the most, and critics and readers all agree that with very few words and very few pages, Mr. Hausleben entertains and then captures a reader’s mind forever. This is a book that allows readers and fans to gain deep insight into the fascinating life and world of the author, as well as an inside peek into the talented but eccentric mind of Paul John Hausleben. This is another instant classic!
