Education law has emerged as an important concern to educators in many countries around the world. While there are similarities in the range of rights that students in various countries have, there are also many differences. The Educational Rights of Students: International Perspectives on Demystifying the Legal Issues provides a comprehensive examination on the status of the legal rights of students in 13 international communities.
Written by leading experts in the field of education law in their respective nations, The Educational Rights of Students will serve as both a great reference and textbook.
