Chapter One
ASCENDING FORCES IN CREATIONWithin each soul (see glossary) there is a recorded order: "You must become the maximum you can be. You must evolve until you wholly fulfill what you are." This order lies within each living being, each spark animating life in any of the reigns or realms. If some souls cannot manage to complete their evolution in this world (because our planet is ascending to a new condition), they will have to continue their journey on other planets that still house humanities in evolution. Myriads of souls are transmigrated from one world to another, and so will it happen on our planet.
We are reaching a stage where our world is finishing its task of lodging realms and humanities in evolution and is about to graduate. The planet says: "It is time to graduate, to obtain my degree as the spirit of Mother Earth, because I have reached the maximum of what I could be and do. I have fulfilled my mission." And all those beings that have not obtained their degree must continue their evolution because the ascending force cannot be stopped. It is similar to when a baby is being born; there is an uncontainable force that pushes him to a new status, to transformation.
It is impossible for human beings to stop the force of ascension, of evolution, inside of them. However, we are always trying to do it, blocking or resisting this drive that wants to birth us, trying to stop these huge forces inside of us, whose aim is to push us to become the maximum we can be.
So, how do we hinder the execution of these forces inside of us? We do so when we feel this inner rush to do something important, and then fear arises and says: "No, no, no. What if it goes wrong? What if you get criticized? What if you fail?"
These circumstances, which exist in the mind and are negative, mask this inner force that is and will always be with us. All we achieve by this is to retard our own evolution, which means that we will have to be born more and more times until we complete our evolution.
Necessarily, at some point we will actually become what we really are. We are spiritual beings living a material experience; we are spiritual beings who have a mission in this world. This mission must be fully carried out, just like the seed of a huge tree has this recording inside of it that tells it: "You must become the maximum you can be: bear fruit, remain despite storms and hurricanes, let people climb onto you and take your fruits."
And this tree will complete its mission, unless the circumstances do not allow it, as in the case of atrophied trees, trees that are mistreated or cut down, or even trees that fall down and cannot complete their evolution. And so it happens with human beings.
Peace and inner bliss come to each soul that has executed this wonderful internal order. Then they can feel and know what it is that they must be, and they do what they must do, and they complete what they had to achieve. All this provides gratitude, immense satisfaction, bliss and inner joy which cannot be compared to any earthly aspect.
Humans believe they need "things" to feel fulfilled and happy. They feel an inner void, as if there was something missing, and they think this "something" must come from outside. It is good to ask oneself: What am I lacking in order to feel fulfilled? What do I need in order to make up my mind to be what I really am? Sometimes the answers show the transformations that need to occur, such as changing inherited patterns, paradigms or beliefs.
Humankind has been affected quite negatively by paradigms, beliefs and concepts that they have assimilated as undoubted truths. For example, when we do something that brings pain to ourselves or to others, we call it sin. And sin symbolizes an action we have committed that condemns us and makes us "bad."
In this case, God gives us all opportunities to evolve and achieve perfection, so that, as we ascend, we can evolve, become wiser and stop making mistakes. But we prefer to validate the human belief system, imposed by people, instead of validating life as it comes and as it was planned by divine conscience.
When little children start to walk, they make mistakes: they fall, they lose balance, etc. But they keep trying until they manage to fully master their physical body. And they become "athletes": they jump, they run, they ride their bikes ... they become "acrobats." And so it happens with all the things that the soul has to learn. There will be a time when we shall be acrobats and we will be able to fully master and direct our inner and outer states.
These paradigms have been passed on from generation to generation, ever since the Christian concept of sin appeared in its first formulation at the Council of Carthage in 397. It was later on reformed and expanded in the second Council of Orange in 529 and in the Council of Trent in 1545, where the existence of Purgatory was confirmed. Other religious traditions also have this concept in different forms.
Formerly, humankind knew they were innocent. When they made mistakes, they would not condemn themselves to eternally burn in hell; instead, they could correct their mistakes and keep trying until they succeeded. Later on, humankind assimilated the fact that they are guilty, evil, children of sin ... This prevents the light from shining in each human being. These concepts, ideas and beliefs are what separate us from our own inner God, our Self.
We must recover this state that enables us to connect with all different realms—to respect them, love them, feel that we are part of the Whole around us, and thus become consciously integrated into planetary life. We are separated only in our minds, as no human being could ever exist by itself without relying on nature. Or does any human being possess anything that does not ultimately come from Mother Earth? Perhaps, just some meteor that may have come from the cosmos. But then again, that meteor also belongs to the greater cosmic Whole, to the Universal Mother.
Being in a "state of grace" is important in order to make use of the drive of Creation's ascending forces. The word "grace" is related to the word "gratitude." Someone who is in a state of grace is someone who is grateful, someone who is always giving thanks for everything that happens in their lives, someone who is not complaining all day long and rejecting what is coming to them. How many times do we complain in one day?
Someone who is grateful is open to everything good and beautiful in life, to prosperity in all fields, not only in the economic domain. Prosperity means being "abundant in everything." This includes love, health, free time, wonderful friends, a fine family, and contact with our real Self, with elemental and planetary consciences, a brotherhood/sisterhood or spiritual family, a spiritual Master to teach us and illuminate our path, etc. Prosperity is made up of so many things ...
Humans, with these beliefs they have about themselves (that they are evil, guilty, impure ...) have moved away from their own divinity, which is in Itself purity, kindness, mercy, forgiveness ... in short, all the virtues that are contained in Itself. We must lose this false identity we believe we are. But we think that the inner and outer transformation undergone by someone who achieves self-realization, through the transmutation of their false identity in order to give way to their real Self, exposes us and makes us vulnerable in a society that is driven by and for the ego (see glossary).
This false identity, this idea we have about ourselves, about who we are, is not true. It is mounted upon and sustained by all the ideas of what we believe we are, what we have been told we are, our childhood, our upbringing ... All these have determined the "concept of what we are."
But we are not a concept. We are not what we were told we are. We are an essential, pure, vibrating and conscious Being. We are love, kindness, tenderness, mercy. We are just one atom of He who is watching all that happens, of God acting in this world of forms.
These false concepts are those that divert these evolutionary forces and hinder their driving us towards the divine goal. However, they are there, inside us, and also in everything around us, struggling to hurl us towards the maximum we can become.
Reaching the maximum we can be is not something we should do so that others will admire or praise us. For this would be another manifestation of ego and would also push away our true Self, who is natural, simple, humble and pure. Reaching the maximum we can become is something we should do just because it is life, incarnated and manifested, united to all that exists, and because we are part of the Divine Plan, flowing with the divine intention, which will lead us to be fully realized souls at some time in our life.
In his journey on this world, Master Desoto (see glossary), achieved Self-realization once in ancient Greece. It was the first time his soul reached such an important advancement in levels of awareness. And due to his lack of experience, he made some mistakes. He failed, like when we shoot onto a target and we miss it. That is how he came to understand that, as long as human beings have a physical body on a planet with ego, they may continue to make mistakes until they manage to uproot from themselves all these kinds of beliefs.
When a soul has ascended and dwells in the higher dimensions, with awareness of whom it is and where it is, this happens no more. After this event, the Master had to go through many incarnations where he could complete his learning until he assimilated and became fully aware of certain aspects that he still needed to integrate in order to become the maximum he could be.
Once, travelling in Italy, he told me about a life when he incarnated in this country, after that beautiful and glorious life in Greece I just mentioned. He was a beggar, and he died alone in the street. He told me: "In that life, you helped me die. You stayed with me, you prayed with me, you took care of me, and you looked after me until I left my physical body. And my soul remained very grateful for your love, respect and mercy. And in this current life, you will have to play the same role again." And so it happened.
I have mentioned this because I would like to tell you that there is this law that determines events called the Law of Recurrence (see glossary). Living these seemingly negative or painful experiences does not mean that the souls are evil or guilty, but that they still do not possess the necessary experience or wisdom, the knowledge of certain laws that cannot be broken.
In the case of the Master, in that life in Greece he did know these laws intellectually. But he had not lived or experienced them. When a soul experiences them in its own flesh, it becomes aware of the fact and does not break the law again.
In this life of today, he wrote a poem reflecting the knowledge acquired by living these experiences of poverty, loneliness, beggarliness. It is an anthem to the change of thought and behavior, to social aid. Later on, Juan de la Cruz Corrales gave it a title (taken from the poem itself), wrote accompanying music, and made it into a song: "A More Beautiful World."
Reading the words and knowing about these experiences we mentioned, the learning achieved by his soul and expressed in specific actions during his current life can be largely understood:
A More Beautiful World
I would like to have a lot of money,
So that I could give you, brother beggar,
Not the scorn that the usurer gives you,
But food, lodging and clothes.
I would give you the most essential:
Your medicines, your clothes and food,
Good culture and comfortable accommodation,
And in addition you would know about God.
Chorus
There would be happiness for all
And each one would be very joyful.
There would be no more ruin or orphanhood
And our world would be more beautiful.
I would show you a different world;
I would teach you how to love your neighbor,
You would know the good things about people,
About both the humble and the elegant.
Little children without parents and with nothing,
Also mothers who have been forsaken,
Irmgard Radefeldt
The elderly without a dwelling;
Turn your glance upon them all.
Chorus
I invite all owners of wealth
To help us help the bereaved
And remove the sadness from all
And protect mothers without husbands.
Instead of negative ambitions
And hoarding up riches galore,
It is better to sustain initiatives
To cheer up the sad hearts.
Chorus
Through this poem we can see the deep awareness he acquired in this life, which turned him into a sympathetic and merciful soul. And he did not only write this poem, but he carried out many and very important actions in favor of the bereaved of the world-actions that still endure.
Many human beings are not able to kill somebody or to take the life of an animal. If we do not do that, it is not because there is a law that forbids it or for fear of getting arrested and going to jail, but rather because of our conscience. This means that, life after life, our soul has gradually established and purified this conscience of respecting and valuing life. And then, laws are no longer needed, neither threats. The soul has integrated the love of life, the respect of life, and acts accordingly.
Flowing with the Ascending Forces implies gradually leaving our attachment to the material world. "Having the suitcase ready, passport and visa in order to get back home," as he used to say. And he would add: "There is nothing here to hold me back, because the physical bonds belong to the body and the personality, but not to the soul. We can be very closely related souls, who have walked parts of the path together, but the Self of each one is individual. At the same time, the Self is a collective being, because it is part of a larger Being, which is the shape of all the Selves dwelling on this planet.
"We were born out of an immense Hierarchy that is made up of the spiritual Self of all the living beings on this planet. We seemingly live upon a lifeless rock travelling through the cosmos and we believe that, because that is what we see. But the truth is we are part of a higher Hierarchy and we have a joint mission as humankind."
Most human beings are now in their last life as such. But there are many others who need to continue their path. These ones will be transmigrated to another planet so that they can continue their evolution, just like it happened with our souls when they were transmigrated to the Earth, because we had not completed our evolution yet. Those people who really want to be freed from whatever it is that is hindering their Self-Realization in these times must not delay this ascending force and must not resist being what they essentially are any longer. On the contrary, they must open up to the happening of whatever it is that must happen.
The Self does not have concepts or ideas; it just is. The Self cannot be described; it can only be felt. It cannot be described in any way, because that is done by the mind.
We should let go of fear, which arises from the memories of our experiences in the animal realm. Fear was helpful then, because its purpose was to look after our physical body, so that our species would survive and not be extinguished. We humans do not need to protect the survival of the species; we are over-populated, not precisely in risk of extinction.
One of the aspects that can most help us in overcoming this tendency of our previous state of existence is, first of all, changing our eating habits. As long as humans keep ingesting animal cells, this instinctive fear will continue to be nourished and strengthened. Animal instincts get through to the individual because the cells genetically have all this information.
