The summaries are organized chronologically and include relevant facts along with the Court's legal analyses and opinions. Additionally, the book features the text of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, as amended by Protocol No. 11, along with Protocols 1, 4, 6, 7, 12, and 13. To enhance accessibility, four lists categorize the Grand Chamber's judgments and decisions from various perspectives. This resource is primarily aimed at practicing lawyers and law students, but it also serves as a valuable source of information and inspiration for anyone involved in the human rights field.
