This book brings together Bill Shreffler’s 40 years of business experience with Jackie Smith’s 16 years of NFL experience playing for the St Louis Football cardinals and the Dallas Cowboys. In addition to highlighting Bill’s management philosophy Jackie details how his experiences with famed coaches Don Coryell and Tom Landry draw parallels between the business and sports world. In 1999 the concept occurred to Bill that a thematic motivational program he used in several organizations drove incredible results. An added benefit is that this process created tight knit teams. Bill took the football concept that is outlined in this book and created a program called Play To Win™. Play to Win is a proven, award-winning program for delivering great results by creating loyalty, teamwork and focus.
