In these roles, she understood first-hand the challenges people face in high pressure, fast-paced corporate environments. She felt compelled to help, so she launched a successful executive coaching practice, earning her executive coaching certification from CTI. A decade later, she joined forces with her childhood friend Lisa McCarthy, who had a similar passion.
