Each individual had something different to offer, so the material here is diverse and wide-ranging. All the contributions are a testament to an inner life that needs to be sustained, especially in times of crisis.

Informazioni sull'autore: Sr Stan is a Religious Sister of Charity well-known as an activist and campaigner. She has founded a number of voluntary organisations such as Focus Ireland and the Young Social Innovators. She also founded The Sanctuary to provide a reflective space for people in the midst of our frantic, busy world. Sr Stan has written thousands of articles on social issues and policies and is a frequent keynote speaker at worldwide events. She has published Mindful Meditations for Everyday (2016) and The Sacred Life of Everything (2019) among other titles.
