Recensione
Praise for the Previous Edition
Professor Krishnamoorthi has designed, assembled, and delivered a milestone textbook in quality engineering education. His use of real-world examples is exemplary. His integration of the managerial aspects and the technical methods within the world of quality is both refreshing and appealing. Indeed, it saves one from having to buy two books as it is, to wit, the only textbook that does it. All topics ... are presented in a clear, well defined, but not overstated manner...
