Louis Steyaert is a Remote Sensing Scientist at the Science Applications Branch, EROS Data Center of the US Geological Survey. Bradley O Parks is an Environmental Scientist with the University of Colorado, Boulder, Cooperative Institute for Research and Environmental Sciences, USA.
