Informazioni sugli autori: Emily Rutherford, Ed.D. received her Doctor of Education degree from Lamar University. She is currently assistant professor in the West College of Education at Midwestern State University. Dr. Rutherford has spent fourteen years working in public schools as a teacher, educational diagnostician, special education administrator, and as a university professor.

Jennifer T. Butcher, Ph.D. is an Associate Professor in the College of Education Center for Doctoral Studies in Educational Leadership at Lamar University. Dr. Butcher has more than thirty years of experience in the educational arena as a public school teacher, administrator and university professor.

Lori S. Hepburn, Ed.D. is currently the ARD Facilitator/504 Coordinator at Nederland High School, and she also serves as the district transition designee in Nederland Independent School District. She has more than twelve years experience in public schools where she has served in multiple capacities including special education teacher, transition specialist, dyslexia specialist, behavior specialist, administrator, and college professor.
