Fortunately for us in our so dreaming, we ended up setting the stage forreceiving some of the most fantastic, modern guiding light, wise-dome teachings.Any growing all up One of us, could ever hope for. In the huge sense that, what ourinner most Quantum Katie's & Cosmic Charlie's within. Are ready to discover aboutour selves, in terms of realizing each of our most full-on potentials. It's like we keep having been taught to ignore andkeep forgetting about, what our deeper innermost essence already knows. Which canbe sensed by all of us to be at the very root of all creatures - indeed all things great &small.

For example: in our earliest years, many of us would dream about ourselvesout of body spirit flying over our favorite backyard garden, somewhere out behindour own house, pretty much every night. Wherein we could sense how each uniqueplant out there, each bird, each frog, each lizard, even our favorite pet. Would haveit's own unique harmonic life song vibration, that it would love to keep on singing allthrough the night, indeed all through it's very life. As well as its own rainbow ofcolors, that it would radiate all around itself every moment of it's existence. As if tosay, "Oh please won't you love me most beautiful human creature - made of the verysame underlying/beyond lying, rainbow Source of true De-Light. Out of whicheverything we used to once See, including our self, appeared to be so made. In thehuge sense of our own potential to be of Joy-Ful service, toward the manifestationof all that happiness we can feel. Every time we might 'truly get' just how much wein our own particular uniquenesses, love to be Loving toward every Source madeevery other thing - we ever experience out there or in here in the context of livingour lives ever forth."

Even beyond this, sometimes even during our daytime when we would feelespecially blessed. Would help us tomuch better realize, that who we our greater soaring beyond body spirit really mustbe. Is Some-One so much larger, than the mere limiting dream we would usually beencouraged to dream, when we were regular daytime so called normal not so largespirit, awake. In fact the awareness of this huge sense of self was so well beyondordinary profound. We all of us hoped that we would never forget this vision of ourmuch larger sense of our truly magical, most One-Drously free and unbound - Out ofBody - Beyond Body much Bigger sense of our Self.

Having had early life out of bodyexperiences, wherein we were once were able to sense our spirit body selves,clear out of body able to now soar in relation to our ability to over see certaingarden of delight areas. In the much larger sensethat to extent we at times, become way greater than usual, actually peakexperience lit up pure energy aware - at times in our in later life's. Such thatwe may even have ended up finding ourselves blessed with glimpses of thissame magical level of overseeing awareness, we once were most blessed toexperience in our earliest years. But which far too many of us, have long sincechosen to completely forget!

Here's an even more Joy-Ful example of what amounts to, every single One ofUs'es very favorite early life dream! Which is to say, what we all loved most in ourearly years, was when we would be so cuddled in our mother's or father's arms. Andthey would rock us so sweetly while they sang their own inner felt love hum songlullaby, with such tender loving care to us. It would be like we would melt into thatmost special place, wherein it would seem like there was only but - 'One' hugesingular heart beating. Such that once snuggled into this place, we would feel sosafe, we would know we could now fall asleep each night. Into our own particulardreamland ... as if in the arms of love itself. Almost as though this love place, wasway bigger than mom or dad's love - in It-self. Actually it was such a great feelingthat whenever we would fall asleep in this way. The moment we would awake nextday, we would now grounded now deep inside our very heart core - most fully alivesense of ourselves. Could now safely jump in and play, just exactly whatever it mightbe we would most love to play, for the whole rest of our next day. For in truth,based on this great feeling, our great big hope truly was, that the living out of ourlives could always be very much like this.

And indeed later in life when in having the utmost fun, with our very best offriends, we would sometimes find ourselves as if so here and now presentlygrounded. The moment some One of us would point to the true evident reality ofany such moment, we would start to roar from within our very core with such aprofound sense of laughter. It would for a while be, as though there would be thesound of Only One Belly Laughing. Even sometimes in the context of a particularlygreat Magical performance, only the sound of One Hand Clapping. Out of ourutmost respect and gratitude for the sheer genius we may have been most blessed,to have just Witnessed.

Like for example withinthe afterglow of our very best adult peak love making moments. As well aswhen we have cracked up totally with the very best of our friends - intosuddenly being able to sense the place of Only One Belly Roaring! Even whenwe have been to some truly spectacular performance in some area of humanendeavor! Only to find every one of us simultaneously / synchronisticallyseemingly endlessly clapping - to show our utmost respect! As though theremight be only One Hand moving us, to keep on expressing our most profoundheartfelt appreciation for such an inspired performance! It is then, preciselythese early childhood and later life experiences, which help us set the stagefor growing ourselves all up into ever better under-standing the mostprofound place of - true At-One-Ment found Wisdom.

CHAPTER 2

Lesson # 1 - Agreeing To Constantly Come Back Fully EmbodiedAll Home Inside & Thus Optimally Grounded Present - Within OurVery Own Innermost Here & Now Present - Sense of Our Selves

Who still sparkle with a sense of truly lifeaffirmative ... zip, zap, zest & zing - life radiant energy. That one of the mostdistinguishing features of such more self realized, or, more fully whole beingactualized people, is that they seem able to live much more here & now present,inside the whole of their bodies. We refer to this phenomenon in terms of theirhaving found a way, to be optimally embodied within them selves. Which is to say,optimally here and now Grounded within the full-on Open-Ness of all aspects of theirvery own Whole Being Present - Nervous Systems. This embodiment within our ownnervous system ends up in other words, being one of our most important corefoundational qualities - which enables us to create a truly Ful-Filling life for ourselves.

On the other hand, we also know that the vast majority of us seem to keeplosing this sense of our inner most sense of inner found light-ness in being. To thepoint where we become overly vulnerable to having periods of extreme blues, evenat times way dark nights of the soul. Such that by the time we reach the age ofretirement, many of us have not only lost our vital sparkle. But also our very abilityto sense that everything is made of the very same Super Lightness in Being - weonce all came in here with an ability to clearly sense.

The very sort of trauma's which tend to keep compelling us, towardshutting our vital energetic sense of ourselves ever more down. From beingfully inwardly light spirit present, in touch with the more pure radiant lit upalive aspect of innermost feeling and emotional nature. The result of thisenergy losing process, is that we tend to ever more keep dampening oursense of vitality more & more down, as our year go by. To such unfortunatedegrees we tend to keep descending into ever more compounding andcomplicated lost spirit pain body suffering states. Such that by the time manyof us reach adulthood, more and more of our very sense of ourselves, beginto feel as if cut off from not only the awareness of our very own inner light.But also from the very same Light Source which resides within all othersentient beings. To where what we now experience, is an inner presence thatis way too so lost. We at certain critical times -experience ourselves livingwithin a state of exaggerated inner darkness, even having huge dark night'sof the soul. Which at the worst of times, can build into such intensively feltnegative states, we quite virtually begin to feel as though we are living - as ifcondemned to our own private hell. In such an intensively felt way, that webegin to perpetrate all manner of bad behaviors.

In this greater sense the whole point at this first level of awareness guidance.Is going to be to help your adult within, come into a place of under-standing. Or,being able to so stand ... so within ... the everywhere here and now presence ... ofthe whole of your very own right now ... sensing and feeling body. You will thusbegin to realize, that it is exactly by way learning to be everywhere inside open toyour own energy sensitive bio system - within your self. Which is in turn, preciselywhat going to best enable you to stay in intimate everywhere all around you, nowholographic connection with the world on the outside of your self. In terms ofwhatever areas of interest you may be involved in experiencing, and thus choosingto play your self forward within - this very moment.

Most fortunately for all of us, our greater reality is the moment we truly getthis! The more aware we will become of just how it is, that the practice of certainancient body opening techniques, in conjunction with say yoga, stretch, or variousmartial art katas, or even sufi body movement exercises. Along with ever moreaware deep whole body present inside our rhythmic inhalative / exhalative ongoingprocess of breathing. Have been designed / evolved to help su to sense and growthis feeling of energy awake aliveness and thus pure lightness in being, within oursense of our self's, to our positive max. Is there really anyone of us out there/here,who wouldn't love to learn how to grow this feeling of aliveness, to the point ofbeing able to sense full-on de-light inside ourselves, every moment of our existencehere?

One day as he/she was growing more up - young Charlie/Katie's inner wisdomawareness - noticed! The more he/she might wake up into each newly arriving day. Insuch a way as to experience him/her self being everywhere more present inside, thistruly most beautiful very body temple, which he/she always everyday found him/herself living within in, every single moment of his/her life. The more he/she would findhis/her body become so fully awake alive as a consequence of such natural clearlyinside him/her self attuned awareness. He/she could now begin each way more fullyhere and now grounded - special most day way better able to radiate as his/her veryown magical lamp of light. Exactly as he/she remembered sensing various otherbeing-nesses do, in his/her earliest spirit soaring aware dream states.
