The first four leave are plans by John C. Schooley of Cincinnati for a summer fruit house, printed on rectos only. Splendid frontispiece, also done by Middleton, Wallace & Co., of eleven named men around a table of fruit, including the strawberry-king, Nicholas Longworth, John P. Foote, A. H. Ernst, F. Pentland, S. S. Jackson, J. Sayer and Dr. J.A. Warder, E.J. Hooper (the author), Gabriel Sleath, Geo. Graham, and R. Buchanan.
