Informazioni sull'autore: Sheila Dainow is the author of nine published books and is a counsellor, supervisor and trainer. She is the mother of Jo Wright and has direct experience of supporting loved ones through serious illness. Jo Wright and Vicki Golding are both cancer sufferers. Jo was diagnosed with ovarian cancer in 1997 and is still working through the aftermath of her successful treatment. She is a Home Care manager for a local authority and is a coordinator for Ovacome, the UK ovarian cancer charity. Vicki Golding is a social-work consultant. After a mastectomy in 1992 she set up the first workplace cancer support group in the UK and is a member of Cancer Life.
