Thomas Dutton author of The Hand Tools Manuel is a Senior Instructor of Biomedical Equipment Technology and Soldering, Shop Skills Chair and Network Administrator for TSTC Waco. Before earning his 2-year degree at TSTC Biomedical Technology, Dutton received his BA degree from Arizona State University in Industrial Arts. He currently resides in Temple, TX with his wife Debbie. After his wife was offered a job at Scott and White in Temple, he decided to take a class that was offered at TSTC Waco and in the process was asked to teach a course there.
