Informazioni sull’autore
Pushpalatha Naveenkumar is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Sri Eshwar College of Engineering, Coimbatore. Her research interests include power electronics and drives, power quality, the Internet of Things (IoT), electric vehicles, and artificial intelligence. She is a life member of the Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE) and has guided many student projects in the area of IoT and power electronics. She has 13+ years of experience teaching engineering.
Vandana Sharma is recognised in the Stanford list of the top 2% of scientists. She is an accomplished academician and researcher, serving as an Associate Professor at Christ University’s Delhi NCR Campus, India. A Senior Member of IEEE, she has an impressive publication record, with over 100 research papers in esteemed SCI and Scopus-indexed international journals and conferences. Dr. Sharma actively contributes to the academic community through various roles, including keynote speaking, session chairing, reviewing, and participating in Technical Program Committees for renowned international journals and IEEE conferences. She holds a postdoctoral degree from Lincoln University College, Malaysia, and adjunct positions at Perdana University, Malaysia, and Beni-Suef University, Egypt, where she is also a Senior Fellow of the Scientific Innovation Research Group (SIRG).
Gunapriya Devarajan is an Assistant Professor with 15+ years of experience at various engineering colleges and is currently associated with Sri Eshwar College of Engineering, Coimbatore. Her areas of interest include electrical machines and drives, artificial intelligence, and renewable energy resources. Her research is with induction motor fault analysis using thermal images. She has published with reputed journals and has book chapters and a patent to her credit.
Azween Abdullah is a Professor at the Faculty of Computing and Digital Technology at HELP University, Malaysia. Dr. Abdullah contributed research, teaching, consulting, and administrative services at the institutions where he has worked. He is a professional development alumnus of Stanford University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and his work experience includes 30+ years as an academic at institutions of higher learning and as director of research and academic affairs at two institutions of higher learning, vice president for educational consultancy services, 15+ years at commercial companies as a software engineer, systems analyst, and computer software developer and IT/MIS consultancy and training. Dr. Abdullah has several patents under his name and has actively served as an expert reviewer and editorial board member for several high-impact technical journals. He has 150+ publications to his credit published in various technical journals and conference proceedings and has given technical talks at a number of key international conferences, industry summits, and forums.
Ahmed A. Elngar is an Associate Professor and Head of the Computer Science Department at the Faculty of Computers and Artificial Intelligence, Beni-Suef University, Egypt, while simultaneously serving as an Associate Professor at the College of Computer Information Technology, American University in the Emirates, and as an Adjunct Professor at the School of Technology, Woxsen University, India. As the Founder and Head of the Scientific Innovation Research Group (SIRG) and the Director of the Technological and Informatics Studies Center (TISC), Dr. Elngar has established himself as a prolific researcher with more than 150 scientific papers published in prestigious international journals and over 35 books covering diverse topics including data mining, intelligent systems, social networks, smart environments, Internet of Things (IoT), network security, intrusion detection, machine learning, artificial intelligence, big data, authentication, cryptology, and healthcare and automation systems. A collaborative researcher and member of both the Egyptian Mathematical Society (EMS) and the International Rough Set Society (IRSS), Dr. Elngar serves as an editor and reviewer for numerous international journals worldwide. His exceptional contributions to the field have been recognized with several awards, including the Young Researcher in Computer Science Engineering from the Global Outreach Education Summit and Awards 2019 in Delhi, India, and the Best Young Researcher Award (Male) (Below 40 years) at the Global Education and Corporate Leadership Awards (GECL-2018) in Rajasthan, India.

Il periodo di recesso scade dopo 14 giorni dal giorno in cui tu o una terza parte, diversa dal vettore e da te indicata, acquisisce il possesso fisico dell'ultimo bene o dell'ultimo lotto o pezzo.
Per esercitare il diritto di recesso, compila e invia elettronicamente una dichiarazione esplicita sul nostro sito Web, alla voce “I miei acquisti” nella sezione “Mio account”. Ti comunicheremo senza indugio una conferma di ricezione di tale recesso su un supporto durevole (ad es. via e-mail).
Per rispettare il termine di recesso, è sufficiente inviare la comunicazione relativa all'esercizio del diritto di recesso prima della scadenza del periodo di recesso stesso.
Effetti del recesso
In caso di recesso dal presente contratto, ti rimborseremo tutti i pagamenti ricevuti, compresi i costi di spedizione (ad eccezione dei costi supplementari derivanti dalla tua eventuale scelta di un tipo di spedizione diverso dal tipo meno costoso di consegna standard da noi offerto).
Potremo effettuare una detrazione dal rimborso per la perdita di valore dei beni forniti, qualora tale perdita sia il risultato di una manipolazione non necessaria da parte tua.
Eseguiremo il rimborso senza indebito ritardo e non oltre 14 giorni dal giorno in cui saremo informati della tua decisione di recedere dal presente contratto.
Il rimborso sarà effettuato utilizzando lo stesso mezzo di pagamento da te usato per la transazione iniziale, salvo che tu non abbia espressamente concordato altrimenti; in ogni caso, non dovrai sostenere alcun costo quale conseguenza di tale rimborso.
Possiamo trattenere il rimborso finché non avremo ricevuto i beni oppure finché non avrai fornito la prova di averli rispediti, a seconda di quale condizione si verifichi per prima.
Dovrai rispedire i beni o consegnarli a Rarewaves.com USA, Unit 144 The Lightbox, 111 Power Road, W4 5PY, London, London, United Kingdom, senza indebito ritardo e, in ogni caso, entro 14 giorni dal giorno in cui ci hai comunicato la tua volontà di recedere dal presente contratto. Il termine è rispettato se rispedisci i beni prima della scadenza del periodo di 14 giorni. I costi diretti della restituzione dei beni saranno a tuo carico. Sei responsabile solo della diminuzione del valore dei beni risultante da una manipolazione diversa da quella necessaria per stabilire la natura, le caratteristiche e il funzionamento dei beni stessi.
Eccezioni al diritto di recesso
Il diritto di recesso non si applica a:
- La fornitura di giornali, periodici o riviste ad eccezione dei contratti di abbonamento; e
- La fornitura di contenuto digitale non fornito su un supporto materiale (ad es. su un CD o DVD), se al momento dell'invio dell'ordine hai accettato l'inizio dell'esecuzione e hai riconosciuto che non avresti potuto recedere una volta iniziata l'esecuzione.
