Informazioni sull’autore
Wolfgang Singer was born in 1964 and studied Physics at the University of Erlangen. He received his Ph.D. at the Institute of Applied Optics in 1995 with a thesis on microoptics, propagation theory and tomography. He spent his post doctorate at the Institute de Microtechnique in Neuchatel, where he developed diffractive diffusors for DUV illumination systems. From 1996 to 1998, he was assistant at the Institute of Applied Optics at the University of Stuttgart. Since 1998, he has been with Carl Zeiss SMT AG, working in the department of optical design and simulation for lithographic optics. His work includes tolerancing of objectives and the design of illumination systems of EUV systems. He became principal scientist and was engaged at the scientific training programme at Carl Zeiss. His special interests are imaging theory and partial coherence, and he has written his own simulation software. He holds 50 patents and has published about 30 papers and contributions to textbooks.
Michael Totzeck
Michael Totzeck was born in 1961. He received his diploma degree in Physics in 1987 and his Ph.D. in 1989, both from the Technical University of Berlin, where he also did his habilitation in 1995. In 1991 he was awarded the Carl-Ramsauer-Award of the AEG AG for his Ph.D thesis on near field diffraction. From 1995 to 2002, he headed a group on high resolution microscopy at the Institute of Applied Optics in Stuttgart, working by experimental, theoretical and numerical means on optical metrology at the resolution limit. He has been with the Carl Zeiss SMT AG since 2002, working in the department for optical design. His current research topic is electromagnetic imaging with high-NA optical systems. He has published 40 papers on diffraction theory, near-field optics, high-resolution microscopy, interferometry, metrology, optical singularities, polarization-optics and physics education.
Herbert Gross
Herbert Gross was born in 1955. He studied Physics at the University of Stuttgart and joined Carl Zeiss in 1982. Since then he has been working in the department of optical design. His special areas of interest are the development of simulation methods, optical design software and algorithms, the modelling of laser systems and simulation of problems in physical optics, and the tolerancing and the measurement of optical systems. Since 1995, he has been heading the central optical design department at Zeiss. He served as a lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences at Aalen and at the University of Lausanne, and gave seminars for the Photonics Net of Baden W�rttemberg as well as several company internal courses. In 1995, he received his PhD at the University of Stuttgart on a work on the modelling of laser beam propagation in the partial coherent region. He has published several papers and has given many talks at conferences.

Diritto legale di recesso
Hai il diritto di recedere dal presente contratto entro 14 giorni senza fornire alcuna motivazione.
Il periodo di recesso scade dopo 14 giorni dal giorno in cui tu o una terza parte, diversa dal vettore e da te indicata, acquisisce il possesso fisico dell'ultimo bene o dell'ultimo lotto o pezzo.
Per esercitare il diritto di recesso, compila e invia elettronicamente una dichiarazione esplicita sul nostro sito Web, alla voce “I miei acquisti” nella sezione “Mio account”. Ti comunicheremo senza indugio una conferma di ricezione di tale recesso su un supporto durevole (ad es. via e-mail).
Per rispettare il termine di recesso, è sufficiente inviare la comunicazione relativa all'esercizio del diritto di recesso prima della scadenza del periodo di recesso stesso.
Effetti del recesso
In caso di recesso dal presente contratto, ti rimborseremo tutti i pagamenti ricevuti, compresi i costi di spedizione (ad eccezione dei costi supplementari derivanti dalla tua eventuale scelta di un tipo di spedizione diverso dal tipo meno costoso di consegna standard da noi offerto).
Potremo effettuare una detrazione dal rimborso per la perdita di valore dei beni forniti, qualora tale perdita sia il risultato di una manipolazione non necessaria da parte tua.
Eseguiremo il rimborso senza indebito ritardo e non oltre 14 giorni dal giorno in cui saremo informati della tua decisione di recedere dal presente contratto.
Il rimborso sarà effettuato utilizzando lo stesso mezzo di pagamento da te usato per la transazione iniziale, salvo che tu non abbia espressamente concordato altrimenti; in ogni caso, non dovrai sostenere alcun costo quale conseguenza di tale rimborso.
Possiamo trattenere il rimborso finché non avremo ricevuto i beni oppure finché non avrai fornito la prova di averli rispediti, a seconda di quale condizione si verifichi per prima.
Dovrai rispedire i beni o consegnarli a Studibuch, Stuttgart, Germany, senza indebito ritardo e, in ogni caso, entro 14 giorni dal giorno in cui ci hai comunicato la tua volontà di recedere dal presente contratto. Il termine è rispettato se rispedisci i beni prima della scadenza del periodo di 14 giorni. I costi diretti della restituzione dei beni saranno a tuo carico. Sei responsabile solo della diminuzione del valore dei beni risultante da una manipolazione diversa da quella necessaria per stabilire la natura, le caratteristiche e il funzionamento dei beni stessi.
Eccezioni al diritto di recesso
Il diritto di recesso non si applica a:
- La fornitura di giornali, periodici o riviste ad eccezione dei contratti di abbonamento; e
- La fornitura di contenuto digitale non fornito su un supporto materiale (ad es. su un CD o DVD), se al momento dell'invio dell'ordine hai accettato l'inizio dell'esecuzione e hai riconosciuto che non avresti potuto recedere una volta iniziata l'esecuzione.

Per le spedizioni al di fuori della Germania, è inclusa un’assicurazione fino a 50 € (per pacchi fino a 2 kg). Viene inoltre fornito un numero di tracciamento.
Attenzione! Resi per rifiuto di accettazione o mancato ritiro
Le spedizioni che ci vengono restituite a causa del rifiuto di accettazione da parte del cliente o per mancato ritiro presso il corriere nei tempi previsti non sono considerate resi regolari nell’ambito del diritto di recesso. In tali casi, ci riserviamo il diritto di detrarre una tariffa forfettaria per la gestione e la restituzione dall’importo da rimborsare.
Le tariffe si compongono dei seguenti costi:
Per resi dalla Germania: 4,90 €
Per resi dall’estero: 12,90 €
L’importo totale verrà automaticamente detratto dal rimborso.
