People often say, ‘time is precious’ to emphasize its value, that time shapes lives by saying, ‘time is money’, and by expressing how time can feel like it passes too quickly with, ‘time waits for no one’.

Has Thaddeus’s prolonged time away caused those who watch for him to become careless in their efforts to keep others safe? What has Thaddeus been up to? What sinister plan has he fashioned this time, and who will fall victim to his latest genetic exploits?

‘Time and tide wait for no man’ is a proverb that stresses we should utilize our given time in the most optimum way.

Was it fate that led Zuriel to Grier, or was that timing? It had been Lyndon who had sent him to Florida in the first place, and he who had brought him to the hospital Grier worked at after being tortured by Thaddeus. Although it had been under the watchful eyes of Dr. Grier Stone that Zuriel had finally awoken.

What is it that people say about timing? ‘Timing is everything’ emphasizes the importance of choosing the right moment for actions and decisions. It highlights that the success or failure of something can depend profoundly on when it's done.

Was timing utilized when Lyndon shared his truth with Lane, or had he felt he was running out of time? Lane’s belief in Lyndon had grown stronger, as had her feelings, and she had been the one chosen to watch over Taylor. Were Lane and Lyndon meant to cross paths, or was it again just timing that they had found each other?

It was Shakespeare who wrote, ‘Better three hours too soon than a minute too late.’

Was it timing that Kris ended up on the property of Jana’s father’s home, or sheer chance? Did chance play a part in Jana’s new reality when she’d been confronted with the absolute truth about Kris, the man she was in love with, or when she’d been abruptly introduced to her half-sister, Natalie the halfling? Natalie had been brought to North Haven and thrust into her own new reality when wings had agonizingly burst from her back. What were the chances that these two women, two complete stranger, could be related in both blood and circumstance?

The adage, ‘Time is the wisest counselor of all’, suggests that time can help us gain wisdom and perspective through experience.

Was it chance that Lynn was discovered at the hospital, bad timing, or was it just her luck? Lynn had made the choice to go to the hospital, and she’d been caught there in the wee hours of the morning in her not-so-perfect disguise. It hadn’t been the first time she’d gone out on her own in pursuit of answers, but had she gone too far this time, put herself in possible danger once again?

Timing, Fate, Chance, Choice, or was it something else? Was it divine intervention perhaps, or was it strictly free will, as they say?

Will the Guards of Haven be able to help Jana and Natalie navigate their new realities? Will their trust in Lyndon grow once they learn his truth? What about our cheerful Dr. Stone? Who will aid her now that her world of science has collided with the world of the supernatural? And what about Lynn? What does the future hold for her? Only time will tell.

However, as shopping started to evolve to online shops and marketplaces, we bid our stores goodbye to become “PBShop.” This transition has only allowed us to blossom as we now ship thousands of titles to book lovers across the globe. Returns Policy
We ask all customers to contact us for authorisation should they wish to return their order. Orders returned without authorisation may not be credited.
If you wish to return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain authorisation.
Returns requested beyond this time will not be authorised.
Our team will provide full instructions on how to return your order and once received our returns department will process your refund.
Please note the cost to return any unwanted order to us is borne by the buyer.

Il periodo di recesso scade dopo 14 giorni dal giorno in cui tu o una terza parte, diversa dal vettore e da te indicata, acquisisce il possesso fisico dell'ultimo bene o dell'ultimo lotto o pezzo.

Effetti del recesso
