The Little Girl Who Never Left is Still Afraid. But She Doesn't Have to Be.
Do you ever feel a deep, irrational fear of abandonment? Do you struggle with a relentless inner critic, or find yourself paralyzed by the fear of making a mistake? These aren't just adult anxieties. They are echoes of a younger, wounded part of you-the little girl who was scared, hurt, or unseen. In "Hey Little Girl: We're Going to Be Okay Now," you will embark on a transformative journey to find and heal that younger part of you.
