“As the atmosphere changes, as encounters become more alive, suddenly we find ourselves thinking differently.” – Bill Johnson, Senior Pastor, Bethel Church, Redding, California. In this book, we will explore what the “alive encounters”are that Johnson speaks about, what it means to “think differently”, and how the influence of the New Age and its unbiblical, occult practices have invaded and infiltrated the body of Christ. You will have a bird’s eye view into one of the fastest growing “Christian” churches in the world - Bethel Church in Redding, California. Bethel Church is home to Bethel Music, and the very popular band, Jesus Culture - whose music is used in almost every church around the globe. As a Christian believer in Jesus Christ, you will find that this book provides important information that will help you to also be aware of a very subtle and deceptive movement called the New Apostolic Reformation (NAR) that is drawing in millions of unsuspecting Christians everywhere. Likewise, it will leave you with vital questions to help you discern the beliefs and practices of Bethel Church, the New Apostolic Reformation and beyond. The book, A Hidden Path, contains many quotes of leaders in the movement and is backed by 30 videos that the reader can watch via the links on our website. It is a powerful tool to give to someone who is currently in the movement or for someone who is unsure about the activities happening in his/her church and wants to learn more. A Hidden Path is the third publication of Sound Word Ministry - a worldwide group of believers who have come out of these movements, and are committed to uphold the integrity of the Word ofGod and its sound doctrine.
