In the SISO-CDMA systems, the proposed multiuser detector is developed from the multistage parallel interference cancellation (PIC) detector. In the MIMO-CDMA systems, the proposed detector is based on the layered space-time multiuser detector (LAST-MUD). Both of them can achieve higher performance and lower complexity compared to the previous developed multiuser detectors.This book can be used as a reference for engineers, researchers and students working in the field of wireless communications.

L'autore

Liu, Feng was born in Guangxi, China, and received the B. E. degree in Power Engineering from Wuhan University , China, in 1995, the M. A. Sc. Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Concordia, in 2007. In May 2007, he joined Research In Motion where he is presently a DSP Firmware Developer. His major duty is the development of real-time validation of the physical layer for 3G/3G+ mobile devices.
