Riassunto:

• Reveals what organizations typically don’t tell their people and makes sense of what is usually a mysterious and confusing process for aspiring leaders and ambitious people inside organizations.
• Helps aspiring leaders figure out whether or not they are perceived as a high potential in their organizations—along with how to earn that status as well as deliver on it once they’ve achieved it.
• Identifies the five “X factors” that set people apart and shows how to cultivate and practice each one.
• Helps readers identify the particular “trump factors” that are specific to their organization, and how to “read” their company’s process for assessing and developing high potentials.
• Offers assessment tools and shows how they are relevant depending on management level.
