The Mission
We all desire to be a part of something BIG - something with PURPOSE.
On page one of the Bible, God set into motion the most epic story of all time. His plan was and is to fill the earth with worshipers of Jesus.
But what does that mean for us?
The Obstacles
God has one mission: all nations. He has one method: all believers. Yet somehow most will fall from the purpose they were made. Everyone has at least 1 GOOD REASON why they shouldn’t live their life for God's ultimate purpose.
That's why I've written Hold Fast.
Some struggle with relationships. Others with money. The obstacles keep piling up.
The journey is long, but we can find HOPE in God's purpose and promises. Embark on the mission of God and hold fast through the obstacles of man.
"As someone who sends university students around the world I am recommending this to anyone interested in going to the world. Whether you desire to be involved in reaching the nations through prayer, sending your own teams, or going yourself. THIS IS A MUST READ."
- Shane Sebastian, CRU Executive Director of Global Missions
"Wow! Moving stories, powerful passages, challenging stats, profound truths. Hold Fast helps us deal with every major obstacle we face to fully embrace God’s call on our life. Read it, enjoy it, let it sink down deep. Get in touch with what is keeping you from living a life abandoned to the person and purposes of Jesus Christ."
- Steve Shadrach, Founder of Center for Mission Mobilization, Author of The Fuel and the Flame &The God Ask

From finding a spouse—to dealing with parents—to “the call” —to debt—to support raising, Josh Cooper does an excellent job of helping the average Christian see what it takes to live a life with no regrets. If you are in any thinking about making your mark globally, this is a great book to learn from!"
- Bob Sjogren, Author of Unveiled at Last, Run with a Vision, and Cat and Dog Theology
“Each chapter in Josh’s book is a passionate manifesto for every Christ-follower to think differently about the time, talent, treasures, and influence that God has given them and in turn how can they be used for the advancement of the gospel to every tribe, tongue and nation. Thank you Josh for challenging this generation with the biblical call to do the things that really matter for the King and His Kingdom!”
- Lee Epstein, Co-Directional Leader New Heights Church
"Whether you are a go-er taking first steps toward the nations, or a stayer tasked with coaching missionary candidates, Josh’s book will be your wise and encouraging travel guide."
