Revised edition hardcover in beige cloth covered boards with lightly bumped spine ends, corners still sharp. Red title box surrounding bright gilt titles looks fine. 352pp text is tight, bright and crisp with one former owner's bookplate on inside cover and age-toning in hinge areas frt and rear. Hinge papers fine. Original DJ in new mylar shows small chips and color loss at spine ends, tips & periphery, with a tape repair at head of lightly yellowed rear panel. Very well illustrated in b/w photos and charts. A comprehensive book on training the horse and the rider translated from the original German edition. Discusses the physical and psychological requirements of the rider as well as basic instruction for the green to advanced horse and rider. Chapters include elementary field school, secondary field school, and Haute Ecole. Illustrated with b/w drawings and photos. Essential reference for any serious rider's library. Codice articolo 51304
