Erin Lichy was born and raised in New York City. She obtained her real estate license when she was 19 years old. Recently, she partnered with Alexandra Hedaya at Compass and co-founded the Erin + Alex Team, which specializes in new development.
Erin is also the founder of Homegirl, an interior design studio. Recognizing a gap in the market, Erin observed that many homeowners overlook the importance of resale value in their renovation projects. Homegirl provides clients with the same level of support and advice typically reserved for major developers.
Erin's entrepreneurial spirit extends to food, sustainability, and more. She recently launched Mezcalum, a 100% artisanal, additive free, and sustainable mezcal. Driven by a commitment to excellence and a vision for innovation, Erin continues to expand the boundaries of entrepreneurship.
