Informazioni sull'autore: The French designer Hubert Le Gall, born in 1961, began his career as a painter and portrait artist before turning to sculpture, furniture and exhibition design, notably for Mélancolie at the Grand Palais and the Fragonard show at the Musée Jacquemart André.

Following a period inspired by botanical forms, he is currently exploring a poetic bestiary. Hubert Le Gall's work embellishes contemporary restaurants, private living spaces and the dining room of the Mayor of Paris. Since 1996 it has been displayed at the Avant-Scene gallery in Paris. Numerous pieces are now in museum collections, including the Musee des Beaux Arts in Montreal, the Musee des Arts Decoratifs in Paris and the Musee de La Piscine in Roubaix.
