Development of all types is dependent on right decision. Right decision in turn depends on right information at right time. Information remains an essential input for research and development of all types. The progress of society is dependent on the level of information its people have. Information, therefore, needs to be communicated freely, with unrestricted flow. Peers in the field of Library and Information Science have come together and joined hands to present the ICT Based Information Management in Indian Libraries.
