Indenture of Assignment of Lease, dated 1914, transferring (assigning) land and property known as Birds Hill, Aldridge Road, Perry Barr, Birmingham to Walter Osborne Wallis from the Trustees of Councillor Henry Hossell. The former home of Henry Hossell being built on land previously in the ownership of the Honorable Augustus Cholmondeley Gough-Calthorpe of Perry Hall. Two sheets, entirely handwritten on vellum with five signatures, witness signatures, stamps and five (intact) seals.
