For this, researchers have proposed some modifications, such as providing rotational motion to the tool or workpiece, mixing of conducting fine powders (such as SiC, Cr, Al, graphite etc.) in the dielectric, providing vibrations to either the tool or the workpiece etc. This book deals with the EDM process enhancement using the adoption of the tool rotation methodology for machining the AISI D3 Tool Steel.
