Dr. H.S. Saini, Managing Director of Guru Nanak Institutions, obtained his Ph.D. in the field of Computer Science. He has over 30 years of experience at university/college level in teaching UG/PG students and has guided several B.Tech. & M.Tech. projects and 6 Ph.D. scholars. He has published/presented above 90 high-quality research papers in international and national journals and proceedings of international conferences. He has published six books with Springer. He is a lover of innovation and is an advisor for NBA/NAAC accreditation process to many institutions in India and abroad. He is Chief Editor of many innovative journals and chairing various international conferences.
Dr. Rishi Sayal, Associate Director, Guru Nanak Institute of Technical Campus, has completed his B.E. (CSE), M.Tech. (IT) and Ph.D. (CSE). He has obtained his Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering in the field of Data Mining from prestigious Mysore University of Karnataka State. He has over28 years of experience in training, consultancy, teaching and placements. His current areas of research interest include data mining, network security and databases. He has published wide number of research papers in international conferences & journals. He has guided many UG and PG research projects, and he is Recipient of many research grants from Government funding agencies. He is Co-Editor of various innovative journals and convened international conferences.
Dr. Alisery Govardhan is presently Professor of Computer Science & Engineering, Rector, JNTUH, and Executive Council Member, Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTUH), Hyderabad (JNTUH), India. He did his Ph.D. from JNTUH. He has 25 years of teaching and research experience. He is Member on Advisory Boards & Academic Boards and Technical Program Committee Member for more than 85 international and national conferences. He is Member on Boards of Governors and Academic Councils for number of colleges. He has 3 monographs and 10 book chapters in Springer, Germany. He has guided 85 Ph.D. theses, 1 M.Phil. and 135 M.Tech. projects. He has published 555 research papers at international/national journals/conferences including IEEE, ACM, Springer, Elsevier and Inderscience. He has delivered more than 100 keynote speeches and invited lectures. He has chaired 22 sessions at the international/national conferences in India and Abroad. He has the Research Projects (Completed/ Ongoing) worth of Rs. 1.159 Crores.
Dr. Rajkumar Buyya is Redmond Barry Distinguished Professor and Director of the Cloud Computing and Distributed Systems (CLOUDS) Laboratory at the University of Melbourne, Australia. He is also serving as Founding CEO of Manjrasoft Pvt. Ltd., a spin-off company of the university, commercializing its innovations in cloud computing. He served as Future Fellow of the Australian Research Council during 2012–2016. He received his Ph.D. from Monash University,Melbourne, Australia, in 2002. Dr. Buyya has authored/co-authored over 625 publications. He has co-authored five textbooks and edited proceedings of over 26 international conferences. He is one of the highly cited authors in computer science and software engineering (h-index=134, g-index=298 and 95,300+ citations). He has edited proceedings of over 25 international conferences published by prestigious organizations, namely the IEEE Computer Society Press and Springer Verlag.

Hai il diritto di recedere dal presente contratto entro 14 giorni senza fornire alcuna motivazione.
Il periodo di recesso scade dopo 14 giorni dal giorno in cui tu o una terza parte, diversa dal vettore e da te indicata, acquisisce il possesso fisico dell'ultimo bene o dell'ultimo lotto o pezzo.
Per esercitare il diritto di recesso, compila e invia elettronicamente una dichiarazione esplicita sul nostro sito Web, alla voce “I miei acquisti” nella sezione “Mio account”. Ti comunicheremo senza indugio una conferma di ricezione di tale recesso su un supporto durevole (ad es. via e-mail).
Per rispettare il termine di recesso, è sufficiente inviare la comunicazione relativa all'esercizio del diritto di recesso prima della scadenza del periodo di recesso stesso.
Effetti del recesso
In caso di recesso dal presente contratto, ti rimborseremo tutti i pagamenti ricevuti, compresi i costi di spedizione (ad eccezione dei costi supplementari derivanti dalla tua eventuale scelta di un tipo di spedizione diverso dal tipo meno costoso di consegna standard da noi offerto).
Potremo effettuare una detrazione dal rimborso per la perdita di valore dei beni forniti, qualora tale perdita sia il risultato di una manipolazione non necessaria da parte tua.
Eseguiremo il rimborso senza indebito ritardo e non oltre 14 giorni dal giorno in cui saremo informati della tua decisione di recedere dal presente contratto.
Il rimborso sarà effettuato utilizzando lo stesso mezzo di pagamento da te usato per la transazione iniziale, salvo che tu non abbia espressamente concordato altrimenti; in ogni caso, non dovrai sostenere alcun costo quale conseguenza di tale rimborso.
Possiamo trattenere il rimborso finché non avremo ricevuto i beni oppure finché non avrai fornito la prova di averli rispediti, a seconda di quale condizione si verifichi per prima.
Dovrai rispedire i beni o consegnarli a BUCHSERVICE / ANTIQUARIAT Lars Lutzer, Wahlstedt, Germany, senza indebito ritardo e, in ogni caso, entro 14 giorni dal giorno in cui ci hai comunicato la tua volontà di recedere dal presente contratto. Il termine è rispettato se rispedisci i beni prima della scadenza del periodo di 14 giorni. I costi diretti della restituzione dei beni saranno a tuo carico. Sei responsabile solo della diminuzione del valore dei beni risultante da una manipolazione diversa da quella necessaria per stabilire la natura, le caratteristiche e il funzionamento dei beni stessi.
Eccezioni al diritto di recesso
Il diritto di recesso non si applica a:
- La fornitura di giornali, periodici o riviste ad eccezione dei contratti di abbonamento; e
- La fornitura di contenuto digitale non fornito su un supporto materiale (ad es. su un CD o DVD), se al momento dell'invio dell'ordine hai accettato l'inizio dell'esecuzione e hai riconosciuto che non avresti potuto recedere una volta iniziata l'esecuzione.

Folgen des Widerrufs
