This is the shared vision of social intrapreneurs around the world. The ‘dreamers who do’ working in back-offices and boardrooms harnessing organizational assets for impact. Intrapreneurs are developing new products, services, and systems solutions from within our incumbent institutions to address wicked challenges facing society (climate change, biodiversity loss, inequality, violent conflict to name a few). And, yet, there is no blueprint for this imagined future. No road map that clearly marks the way. To succeed, intrapreneurs must master the ancient art of pathfinding – navigating their way through uncertainty and bringing (often reluctant) teams along with them. The Intrapreneur’s Guide to Pathfinding was curated by The League of Intrapreneurs, a global learning community of “social entrepreneurs on the inside.” This Guide is designed to help intrapreneurs identify their bigger purpose, create more impact, find fellow co-travelers, and most importantly survive (and thrive!) the journey of #changefromwithin.
