nach der Bestellung gedruckt Neuware - Printed after ordering - This text provides an invaluable and accessible overview of the rapidly developing field of integration. In order to convey the essential components of integrative therapy, the authors combine a broad review of the field of integration with a specific model. In the first section they explore the philosophical, historical and research background to the integrative movement, culminating in a discussion of the key components of a theory of integration. In the second section they provide an example of the theory and application of a coherent model of integration. This 'developmental relational' model draws together aspects of humanistic psychology and contemporary psychoanalysis. The final section focuses on particular ethical, training and professional considerations pertinent to the integrative practitioner.
