Su questo libro:

Riassunto: Written by a practising Barrister who is dual certified as a computer forensic expert and ediscovery project consultant. This book is meant as an introductory text for lawyers, judges, paralegals, law enforcement officials and law students. It deals with the relevance, procedural and substantive role computer evidence plays in today's criminal and civil jurisprudence. It's primary goal is to educate legal professionals particularly lawyers on the fundamentals of computer evidence and it's integration into case theory analysis. More importantly it is meant to provide a tactical reference work for lawyers during the examination, cross examination of computer expert witnesses and digital document custodians. It will assume no prior knowledge of Computer technology and its peculiar nuances. However, it will seek to identify and explain some of the very important issues legal professionals should concern themselves with when confronted with computer evidence or the testimony of a computer expert witness.
