n the ancient Albanian town of Sarandë, where sea winds carry secrets and old bunkers echo with forgotten wars, two unlikely heroes rise. Jackie, a scrappy Jack Russell rescued by the Big Fella and the Very Nice Lady, and Lupin, a loyal hound-Alsatian mix with a quiet strength, become protectors of the city's stray cats and dogs, guardians of the voiceless.

But peace is shattered when Yourghos, a ruthless Austrian-Greek Pit Bull mongrel, emerges from the shadows of Lekursi Castle. With a gang of brutal enforcers and a vision of domination, he seeks to bend the city's animals to his will.

To stop him, Jackie and Lupin must rally a band of misfit allies: Stavros, the one-eyed hawk; Mira, the sharp-tongued seagull; Alban, a reformed spy dog; and Brother Shell, the wise tortoise who guards the Monastery of the Forty Saints. Together, they form a quiet resistance, one that avoids violence, but never runs from it.

A mythic fable of courage, loyalty, and the quiet power of guardianship, Jackie and Lupin is a tale for anyone who believes even the smallest voice can protect a city.
