Jasper is the chairman of Slow Food Kansas City and a national board member of the American Institute of Wine and Food. Jasper hosts a weekly radio show in Kansas City and has a weekly TV segment on the local NBC affiliate. He also sells a successful line of Italian sausage, dressings, and pasta sauces. Kansas City, Missouri, is his home.
