Today's churches strive to promote their relevance amid ever-shifting cultures. However, society increasingly views Christians as being forceful with their perspectives, masking their doubts and fears, and fiercely criticizing those who think or believe differently. In a world of skepticism and suspicion, something in us must change. If we want others to know Jesus, our lives must be proof that He is worth meeting.

KINGDOM INFLUENCE introduces you to the lessons learned from:

• A ministry within the most influential entertainment enterprise in the world.
• A mission field where the vast majority have never touched a Bible in their lives.
• A movement multiplying across six continents without a building or staff.

Founding Leader, Steven L. Barr, shares stories leading to three "key" principles that fuel the Kingdom Influence of Cast Member Church throughout The Walt Disney Company. Along the way, you'll discover how you can reveal Jesus to others through everyday interactions—with nothing to prove, nothing to hide, and nothing to fear.

WHAT OTHERS ARE SAYING:

"Steven is a leader worth listening to, not because he knows all the answers but because of his heart for the Gospel, his servant attitude, and his adaptive, creative mind. This book helps us to understand how God can use us where we are and as we are. Read it and be inspired. But above all, put it into practice and become a Kingdom influencer."

- Rev. Canon Dave Male, Co-Director of Vision & Strategy for the Church of England

"Steven's quest has always remained the same: to radiate Kingdom Influence among those who dazzle the rest of us. Steven's purposeful and principled pursuit has stayed the course. His voice continues to earn our ear. Listen closely and learn from one of the most preeminent practitioners I know."

- Rev. Glen Schrieber, Superintendent, EFCA Southeast

"Steven Barr captures the heart of ministry in Kingdom Influence. You can feel every story he shares. The incarnation nature of this ministry is one of the most important examples of workplace ministry of our time. I hope that the reader will fully realize the influence they can have in their own' kingdom.' May you be inspired!"

- Jon Langford, Founder, The Gathering at WDW

"No matter how lost I felt in the past, Steven's words would always touch my heart and help me find hope and clarity. The Church does not need a building. It can be anywhere, even a dinner table, bringing together those who dare to dream and believe."

- Aileen Downing, Muenster, Germany (Former Disney Management Cast Member)

"Within the pages of this book, Steven Barr demonstrates the missionary heart of God in even the unlikeliest places. Steven is uniquely gifted in demonstrating the love of Jesus to the skeptics. Get ready to be encouraged because here it comes!"

- Rev. Foye M. Belyea, Abbott of The Anam Cara Life Community & CEO of WarriorPriest Leadership Development Group

"From the first get-together, I fell in love with Cast Member Church. We practiced something hard to find - being open and vulnerable with each other. This family was a huge part of my experience at Disney and I am so thankful to have been part of it."

- Meredith Miller, New York (Producer/NBC Television, Former Disney Cast Member)

"The moment I met Steven, I knew we were kindred spirits. After reading Kingdom Influence, I see why. Reaching folks far from God with the Good News of Jesus is a different ball game these days. Steven's journey with Cast Member Church will reveal a new way to reach these folks, which isn't actually new at all."
