Paramjit has had chronic kidney disease for almost two decades. He has been showing himself to a Nephrologist every quarter, and initially met renal dieticians also every quarter. He kept all records of his test results and nutrition advices.

He has been a keen learner of what affects the kidney functioning, how to reduce overloading the kidney and how to rejuvenate it ie how to effectively stopping kidney disease.
