After a career of twenty years, serving in corporate development, strategy, and marketing planning, then as an advisor to two Israeli cabinet members - Elner founded The Israel Leadership Institute. The ILI is a non-profit educational organization that offers a unique leadership training approach both in Israel and the world. This system is what Elner shares in workshops and most renowned leadership training conferences and retreats worldwide.
