★Does your mind work the way you want?
★Do you have the kind of positive thoughts and feelings that help you succeed in your life?
★Do you feel empowered to achieve your goals?
★Or do you dread waking up in the morning, knowing that there will be no difference between today and yesterday?
★Do you feel as though you will never achieve any of the dreams you once had?
★Are you afraid of never having anything extraordinary in your life?
Many people feel like this at times, and these feelings are not unusual.
What you do with these feelings will be the key to your success. And this book, Control Your Mind, will put you on the path to gaining the kind of life you want to live. You can achieve your dreams and reach the goals you set for yourself, but you will need to learn to control your mind to manage your life.Controlling your mind might not be easy, but it is worth whatever effort you are willing to put into it.
Controlling your mind goes beyond controlling your thoughts so that they follow a specific pattern. You do not want to confuse mind control with thought repression. Your thoughts are your own and should not be repressed. While not every idea needs to be celebrated, it does not need to be diminished.Your thoughts come from the sum of all of the events, situations, and experiences you have lived through in your life. From the first day that your mind created a memory, you began to develop and store thoughts. Most of your ideas are stored in your subconscious for several reasons.
The subconscious part of your mind is larger than the conscious part. The thoughts stored there are your mind keeping hold of, rather like memories stored in an old trunk. Your mind keeps a bit of every experience, good or bad, in your subconscious. And your conscious mind is busy with the thoughts your mind needs to get you through the day. So the bulk of your ideas are kept in your subconscious. The problem with this is that these stored thoughts are not available for consistent interpretation. There will be times that individual ideas will rise to the surface, leaving you wondering why they appeared suddenly.
Your subconscious thoughts make their presence known when you least expect them, so they are likely to occur in the middle of a present-day event and leave you wondering why it happened. But your subconscious thoughts are closely tied to your daily experiences. What you need to do to control your mind is learn to deal with these thoughts when they do appear. It does not feel right to ignore them or repress them since they will continue to make themselves known to you.
These memories are the remnants of your past, and they are buried in your subconscious because you were not able to deal with them when the event happened. To gain control of your mind, you will now need to address these thoughts. This book will give you all the information you need to deal with your repressed memories and regain control of your thoughts and your mind. While this might be painful at times, it is necessary, and you will be much healthier for the effort you put into the exercise.
Buy this book now and begin your journey to the life you always wanted to live.

Descrizione dello Store
We first started out as “The Paperback Exchange,” a chain of physical bookstores where we would part exchange your beloved books for new stories to transport you to faraway places. However, as shopping started to evolve to online shops and marketplaces, we bid our stores goodbye to become “PBShop.” This transition has only allowed us to blossom as we now ship thousands of titles to book lovers across the globe. We pride ourselves in being a community of local book lovers which allows our passion and devotion to shine in everything we do. In 2020 we not only celebrated our 20th birthday but our 1st birthday as being completely employee owned after becoming an E.O.T in September 2019. We are proud to be different and embrace standing apart on a book mountain by working from a virtual inventory which allows us to provide thousands of books that may be difficult to get for your bookshelf or your studies. Working with a number of different suppliers allows us to explore other avenues such as puzzles, sheet music and even stationery so we really do have something for everyone. Life is about being versatile in all realms of existence. If this is your first visit or you are a returning customer, we would like to welcome you to the PBShop family, for there is no friend as loyal as a book. We are a company who put our customers at the centre of everything we do as we understand the importance of reading because once you learn to read, you will forever be free. There are a whole lot of things in this world of ours that we are yet to explore, which is why we will forever inspire curious minds.…
