And the corporation that put them there is sealing the tomb. When analog lawyer Harlin Banks receives a frantic distress call from Dr. Alistair Harmon, who is trapped aboard the Leviathan deep-sea mining rig, he realizes it is no industrial accident. Victoria Harmon, the ruthless CEO of Apex Marine, is intentionally venting the rig's life support to cover up a catastrophic secret. Their drill breached the hull of a buried Cold War-era Soviet nuclear submarine, and an extinction-level radiation leak is bleeding into the ocean. To save the crew and expose the truth, Banks and his team-investigator Rosco Wheeler and digital forensic analyst Sam Rourke-must sail into the "Jurisdiction Void". While Harlin wages a high-stakes maritime legal war on the surface against a heavily armed corporate warship, Rosco and a rogue salvage captain descend fifteen thousand feet into the abyss in a rusted bathysphere for a desperate physical rescue. With the United States Navy closing in and explosive bolts armed to sever the rig's tether, time is up. Three miles beneath the Atlantic, sixty men are running out of air.
To save the crew and expose the truth, Banks and his team—investigator Rosco Wheeler and digital forensic analyst Sam Rourke—must sail into the "Jurisdiction Void". While Harlin wages a high-stakes maritime legal war on the surface against a heavily armed corporate warship , Rosco and a rogue salvage captain descend fifteen thousand feet into the abyss in a rusted bathysphere for a desperate physical rescue.
With the United States Navy closing in and explosive bolts armed to sever the rig's tether, time is up. Will the law be enough to stop a multi-billion-dollar cover-up, or will the ocean swallow the truth forever?
The Leviathan Injunction is a pulse-pounding thriller where courtroom strategy meets explosive deep-sea survival.
