Eventually, however, as with all of history’s greatest battles*, survival comes down to food, or more accurately the lack of it, which forces the teenage survivors and their sole teacher to head out into the wider world. In theory, it’s a pretty easy journey down the road to the city’s shopping centre.

But in reality, well … let’s just say zombies aren’t the only things standing in their way, with a host of new monsters that will change the game for good (well actually bad).
