Informazioni sull'autore: Jonathan Hewitt is founder of Life Ki-do Parenting, Martial Arts, and Life Education. Jonathan has been teaching martial arts and life skills to children age three to nineteen for over twenty years and has a renowned martial arts academy in Austin, Texas. He has a degree in psychology from Emory University and has spent the past twenty-five years in intensive study of and training in meditation, mindfulness, and the brain-body connection. His great joy comes from sharing ancient, universal life skills to inspire and empower children, teens, and parents to discover and live from their inner strength. Lana Hewitt, Jonathan’s wife, also has years of study in meditation and mindfulness and is co-author, co-creator, and co-founder of Life Ki-do.
