Two volumes: Volume I - 778 pages (liv, 722 [2]) plus a half-tone portrai frontispiece;; Volume II - viii, 723-1114) plus a half-tone frontispiece (showing a manuscript); commentary (more than half the text un this volume), indexes; publisher's uniform navy-blue cloth, gilt-blocked rules and titles on the spine: Very Good, no marks of previous ownership - Volume II with a light crease running the length of the spine (See picture). No dust-jackets. Pictures show this actual book (it has not been possible to show the Contents as they run to almost 20 pages. UK orders are post-free. Heavy book - extra charges will be needed for shipping overseas (2.8 Kg packed).
