You take every job assuming it is a good one; yet at any point your intuition tells you something has changed. It could be the organization or, it could be you. Regardless, only you can fix your work and your life.
Bad bosses or companies, work/life balance issues, toxic cultures, boredom, and unrealistic expectations-all are reasons why good jobs go bad-wrecking your emotional, professional, and financial life, sometimes simultaneously.
Each job choice shapes who we are, what we do, and how we live. Was there a plan, and did it all add up to satisfaction in the end? Or was it a journey of self-discovery after a lot of trial and error? Or maybe a little bit of both?
