In the gospel of Matthew, Jesus tells the parable of ten virgins who went to meet their bridegroom, five of whom were prepared for their journey, while the other five were not. When Christ, your Bridegroom, returns to earth to receive His bride, will you be ready?
Within the pages of Living in the Last Days, author and teacher Darryl Johnson reveals the signs, wonders, and current events of which Christians should be aware so that they can be equipped to navigate the end times as foretold in Scripture.
After teaching biblical prophecy for several years, Johnson has designed this book as an up-to-date manual that prepares believers with vital instruction concerning what to expect before the second coming of Jesus Christ. Through an in-depth look at the prophecies proclaimed in the Old Testament and the words of Jesus in the gospels, Living in the Last Days will open your eyes to the reality of the impending happenings of the end times, such as the Rapture and the Tribulation, and the world conditions that can serve as indicators of when the Lord will appear.
Johnson’s revelatory insight will motivate you to reflect upon your own relationship with Christ so that you can further align yourself with God’s will as you enter this imminent and perilous age. By discovering the keys to unlocking necessary knowledge of God’s plan for the days to come, you can rest in the unchanging promises of God’s lovingkindness for those who believe in Him.
The profound wisdom in Living in the Last Days will sharpen your understanding of the end times so that you can be faithful, not fearful, as you await Christ’s return. This inspiring work will encourage you to trust your heavenly Father as you face the future with faith, believing in the blessed hope of one day being reunited with Jesus Christ.

We first started out as “The Paperback Exchange,” a chain of physical bookstores where we would part exchange your beloved books for new stories to transport you to faraway places. However, as shopping started to evolve to online shops and marketplaces, we bid our stores goodbye to become “PBShop.” This transition has only allowed us to blossom as we now ship thousands of titles to book lovers across the globe. We pride ourselves in being a community of local book lovers which allows our passion and devotion to shine in everything we do. In 2020 we not only celebrated our 20th birthday but our 1st birthday as being completely employee owned after becoming an E.O.T in September 2019. We are proud to be different and embrace standing apart on a book mountain by working from a virtual inventory which allows us to provide thousands of books that may be difficult to get for your bookshelf or your studies. Working with a number of different suppliers allows us to explore other avenues such as puzzles, sheet music and even stationery so we really do have something for everyone.
