Nancy Carlson's reassuring picture book about getting ready for kindergarten is now available in a Spanish-English edition-and to a whole new audience of young children.  The simple, comforting text and big, bright illustrations will ease first-day-of-school jitters and help make the early days of kindergarten exciting and fun.

Nancy Carlson has published over sixty books for children. She is one of the few people who knew even back in kindergarten what she wanted to do for a living: make pictures and tell stories! Her books have been Reading Rainbow selections, she won the Children's Choice Award from IRA and CBC, and she won the Minnesota Children's Museum Great Friends to Kids Award. She lives with her family in Minnesota.
