When you look in the mirror, what do you see?

God does not see as we do. As 1 Samuel 16:7 says, "For the LORD sees not as man sees: man looks on the outward appearance, but the LORD looks on the heart."

Discover how God sees you in this 5-week study and experience a greater sense of freedom and contentment with yourself, love for others, and a deeper relationship with your Creator. God loves you, and so you are beautiful! Faith will give you eyes to see this truth.

Join us if you want to:

• Identify body image lies and shake off shame

• Anchor flighty feelings in biblical truth

• Connect with others on a deeper level than appearance

• Pass down a body image of gratitude to the next generation

In this five-week study, you will get:

• Simple open-ended questions to help you dig into your past and empower your present
